9.45-10.00am - Registration & welcome drink.

10.15am - Runners theory - nutrition & injury prevention.

11am - Nature-Fit strength & conditioning for runners.

1pm - Wholefoods lunch at Kingdom Cafe.

1.45pm - Woodland walk & Runners recovery techniques.

2.30pm - Runners specific yoga.

4pm - Home-time.
